Free UK mainland delivery
Free delivery to UK mainland addresses is included with all orders, so there will be no nasty surprises at the checkout!
If no one is available to sign for the crate, the courier will attempt to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please note that it is not always possible to leave an attempted delivery card in a block of flats. We do our best to inform customers as soon as possible about unsuccessful deliveries.
Gift crates
Our gift crates are couriered overnight by DPD to ensure they arrive swiftly and in perfect condition.
Place your order by 2pm for guaranteed next weekday delivery or select the date of your choice on the calendar during checkout. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive delivery updates via email or text from DPD.
Seed boxes and Growbars
Seed boxes and Growbars are sent via the Royal Mail’s 48 hour service. Although the majority arrive within 2 working days, this is not a guaranteed service and delivery can take up to 15 working days.
You can upgrade to guaranteed next weekday delivery or delivery on a specific date for an additional cost. Place your order by 2pm for guaranteed next weekday delivery or select the date of your choice on the calendar during checkout. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive delivery updates via email or text from DPD.

Prices are dependant on the product ordered.
* Delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands normally takes 2 working days. Next day and Saturday delivery is not available for these locations.
