If no one is available to sign for the crate, the courier will attempt to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour. Our gift crates are couriered overnight by DPD to ensure they arrive swiftly and in perfect condition.

Seed Boxes and Growbars
Seed Boxes and Growbars are sent via the Royal Mail’s 48 hour service. Although the majority arrive within 2 working days, this is not a guaranteed service and delivery can take up to 15 working days.
You can upgrade to guaranteed next-weekday delivery or delivery on a specific date for an additional cost.
