Spicy marinated olives
Marinated olives are quick and easy to make and taste delicious. They will keep in the fridge for up to a week. You will need a large jam jar or container with a lid.
500g olives
Peel from an orange
100ml olive oil
3 fresh chillies
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
2 cloves garlic, peeled and thickly sliced
4 bay leaves
Sprig of fresh thyme
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Season with salt and pepper. Pour everything into the jar or container and leave for at least four hours, stirring occasionally.
