Ingredients
- 500g olives
- Peel from an orange
- 100ml olive oil
- 3 fresh chillies
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and thickly sliced
- 4 bay leaves
- Sprig of fresh thyme
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Season with salt and pepper. Pour everything into the jar or container and leave for at least four hours, stirring occasionally.
