Returns Policy
At the Gluttonous Gardener we guarantee only to send you top quality plants and products. All our products will go through tight quality control checks to make sure everything leaves us in excellent condition. We will always package our products as securely as possible to try to avoid any damage in transit. However, as some of our products are perishable, we need to be informed of any problem with your order within two days of delivery to give us the best chance of resolving any issues.
We will, at our discretion, consider issues raised after two days, but reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement.
Due to the perishable nature of plants and trees, we are unable to accept returns on these items. Any personalised slates or crates are also non-returnable or refundable unless faulty. We can offer returns on un-personalised seed kits and Growbars, and on the rare occasion that a gift needs to be returned we will offer a refund to the buyer as soon as the product and its contents are returned to us in saleable condition. Please note that we do not cover returns costs.
We would also advise you to contact us prior to ordering if you are unfamiliar with how the plant may look at a certain time of year. Please note that plants do change in appearance depending on the season and if you purchase a deciduous plant in winter it will be looking very bare. This does not mean that there is anything wrong with the plant and it will start to grow again in spring time.
If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value.
